Why
The transformative symbol for the 15th National Games unites Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao as co-hosts for the first time. Inspired by the Chinese knot, "The National Games Unity Knot Pavilion" weaves together sports, culture, and community, creating a permanent space in Hong Kong that celebrates athletic excellence and promotes inclusive participation.

The pavilion’s design embodies unity through its interconnected pathways, inviting exploration of various sports. It features interactive displays educating visitors on game rules and equipment through tactile and digital interfaces.

Designed with inclusivity in mind, it offers accessible ramps, textured pathways, and seating for all mobility needs. The central lawn serves as a flexible space for gatherings, picnics, and cultural performances, sheltered by innovative glass canopies made from recycled materials.

Post-games, this structure remains a lasting reminder of collaboration, promoting healthy living and sustainable design. "The National Games Unity Knot Pavilion" is more than an architectural feat; it symbolizes unity, diversity, and responsibility for future generations.
