Why
“Serenity” strikes a beautiful balance between elegance and functionality, make it an ideal home for the young family. The open living area is the core for the family to spend time together, whether watching a movie or a gathering with friends and relative. It features soft, neutral tones complemented by playful accents and curved portals, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that visually connects various spaces. The living area is anchored by a travertine wall housing a painting like TV and is enhanced by a chic grey sofa with textured pillows; a round stone coffee table adds a modern touch. The dining space, with its unique light and airy table and chairs, encourages family gatherings. Artwork, homeware and decorative plants reflect the family's identity and taste, while ample storage solutions maintain a clutter-free environment, merging style with practicality. Overall, the design embodies a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication that aligns with the vision of the young family.
A home should reflect the taste and living style of the owner, and the young married couple is a frequent traveller, and they always enjoy spending time at relaxing hotel “doing nothing”. Therefore, the master bedroom draws inspiration from sophisticated hotel designs, the king size bed features a stylish and vertically padded headboard adorned by unique wall sconces on either side of the bed that provide soft ambient lighting. A long, framed artwork depicting a serene coastal scene hangs above the bed, contributing to the room's peaceful vibe.
To further enhance the visual cleanliness, smart controls are concealed for light switches and roller blinds. With a simple touch, you can effortlessly create the perfect ambiance to suit your mood.
The master bedroom is connected to a study room, providing a convenient workspace for the owner to work from home. The airy bronze and white bookshelf offer ample storage without compromising the sense of spaciousness. The wooden window frame beautifully showcases the picturesque mountain view, fostering a serene environment that’s ideal for both work and leisurely reading.
Artwork, homeware and interior details are carefully considered at the “Serene Residence”. The two toilets showcase long tiles in earthy colors, with a pale blue hue for one and a dark green shade for the other. This choice provides both differentiation and coherence, adding a touch of elegance to these functional spaces.
The children’s bedroom is designed with a calming atmosphere in mind. The warm beige tones promote serenity, while the flexible layout ensures adaptability for the future needs of the growing child.
“Serenity” is not just a residential design; it is a harmonious sanctuary that combines functionality, aesthetics, and a sense of peacefulness.
