Using a theme of innovation and sunrise colour scheme, our design aims to inspire growth, improvement, and bring hope to the residents of Kai Yip Estate. Our designs include revitalizing the facade using an innovative pattern, turning an underused corridor into a community living room, creating multifunctional basketball courts, and elderly friendly facilities, as well as the overall upgrading and improvement works of the estate.

以「啟業」主題和日出色調為設計理念，我們的目標是促進成長與改善，並為啟業邨的居民帶來希望。我們的設計包括運用創新圖案來更新外立面，將一條未充分利用的走廊轉變為社區生活空間，打造多功能籃球場和適合老年人的設施，以及對整個邨的升級與改善工程。
