Sound has no boundaries, peaceful sounds of nature can bring a sense of calm and serenity to busy city life. The Green Symphony is an art installation combining sound, art and landscape that encourages interpersonal communication through the undulation of the acoustic tubes along the staircase.

Inspired by musical instruments, we have created an 3.5m tall “Urban Chimes” sound device that allow residents and visitors to interact and play with. Subtle gradient metal colours of brass, gold and rose gold were used to compliment the beautiful vertical green wall and water feature wall around it.

Looking closer, the intricate network of acoustic tubes and horns also double as a handrail for visitors to safely walk along the undulating staircase surrounded by greenery.
